Nisha creates a unique style of living poetry through dance. In addition to instruction, giving performances, and conducting workshops at studios, schools, corporations, private companies, private/social events, her love for dance has now taken her to facilitate this art form as a healing tool and stress buster.
With over 25 years of teaching experience and commitment to ongoing study of the classical, contemporary and folk dances of India, her goal is for every student ages 3 and up, to experience the fitness and fun of Bollywood Dance.
Kathak, Bollywood and BollyFITNESS dance is magical with the use of traditional Indian dance styles and different forms of world dance creating a breathtaking and vivid blend from both the eastern and western dance cultures.
